DELIVERY POLICY:
Blooming Hills Florist delivers to these select locations: Hillsboro Oh, Bainbridge Oh, Sinking Springs Oh, Lynchburg Oh, Leesburg Oh, Marshall Oh, Carmel Oh, New Market Oh, New Vienna Oh, Greenfield Oh, Mowrystown Oh. 

Timeframe of deliveries: We at Blooming Hills Florist deliver Mon-Sat (9am-5pm) Same Day orders must be placed by 3pm.

If recipient is not home: We collect the recipients phone number at check out, we will call before hand to make sure they're home to receive the flowers, if they are not home we will do next day delivery, unless agreed upon at check out that we can leave at door step. If this is agreed to at checkout we are not responsible for any damages that might occur to the flowers. 

Weather/delivery delays: For the safety of our team and the condition of your flowers, deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, extreme heat, or unsafe road conditions. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule delivery or make alternative arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and patience during unexpected weather events. 

No refunds due to weather: We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by weather, but we will work with you to ensure your flowers are delivered as soon as it is safe.

                                                           SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

                                               REFUND/CANCELLATIONS/REPLACEMENTS  POLICY:
For same day deliveries, CANCELLATIONS must be made within 30 min. of placing the order. After that window, the order is considered final and nonrefundable, as we begin preparing it immediately. 
For next day deliveries or future deliveries, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for incorrect delivery information provided at checkout, recipient unavailable to accept the delivery, substitutions due to flower availability ( see Substitution policy).
